"Pairs" is similar to "Concentration", "Memory", "Pelmanism", "Shinkei-suijaku", and "Pexeso".
Pairs, is a card game in which all of the cards are laid face-down on a surface and two cards are flipped face-up each turn. The object of the game is to turn over pairs of matching cards.
In turn, each player chooses two cards and turns them face-up. If they are of the same rank (e.g. 6 of hearts and 6 of clubs, queen of clubs and queen of hearts, or both jokers, etc.), then that player wins the pair and plays again. If they are not of the same rank, they are turned face-down again and play passes to the next player. The game ends when the last pair has been picked up. The winner is the person with the most pairs.
