There is no actual account settings. Nothing regarding security, information, ability to delete account, change password...

I either just want to delete my account or change the password. Mostly just delete my account.

You're right that there isn't a dedicated Account Settings page - those options are tucked into a few other places.

To delete your account: Sign in, Go to profile page, Under your avatar, click Delete account and confirm. This is permanent. You'll be signed out when it's done.

There isn't a "change password" option while logged in. You can use the password reset flow instead before you login.
