The simplest "Spot On" option would be for the current player to be able to say "Spot On". If they do and the previous better was EXACTLY correct, then the current player gets a die back if they've lost one. Either way, current bidder starts next round.

ladder games should have bye time as long as the game goes past 10 moves or so. Bye time should be something reasonable like 72 hours....cause maybe not everyone can log in everyday.
